Looking for candidates who has hands on s/w developement and architecture sklls in a large user group. ALso, strong on implementation and testing on MOSS Platform. Should be strong with addressing business needs, collaboration features, business data catalogs, problem solving, issues tracking, server rollout, backups ets.
